Aloreña green olives with pits in marinade (DOP) Brabur
Aloreña is an olive variety originating from the province of Málaga in Andalusia. These are among the most natural and healthiest olives, because their preparation does not require chemical treatment for them to be ready for consumption. It is the first table olive in Spain with a Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), which guarantees its origin and the traditional production method.
This product has reached a gourmet quality level thanks to the olive preparation method, manual work during harvesting, and production from natural ingredients. To help the brine absorb better, the olives are slit. Traditionally, garlic, thyme, fennel, and paprika are used for the marinade. They are a good snack with wine, vermouth, cheese platters, and together with jamón.
