Almaoliva BIO EVOO

Organic extra virgin BIO olive oil that combines character and a delicate balance. Made as a blend of the Picuda, Picual and Hojiblanca varieties from BIO olive groves, with green and lightly ripe notes. The taste is initially slightly sweet, with accents of green almond, bitterness, and medium-intensity pungency. Suitable fresh in salads, together with cheeses, as well as for baking and healthy frying. An excellent choice for cooking, also for restaurant chefs.

Depending on the intensity of use, various volumes are available.
