Premium Extra Virgin olive oil from the Subbética region, with a “Protected Designation of Origin” indication. Made from carefully selected Picuda and Hojiblanca variety olives, harvested at the beginning of the season. The aroma features notes of apple, green banana, artichoke, tomato and almond, while the taste is intense, harmonious and balanced. An elegant, multi-layered oil, internationally recognized as one of the finest. Suitable for cold dishes together with fresh bread,  with meat and fish dishes, aged cheeses, cream soups.
