Iberian cular Extra sausage is aromatic and slightly spicy. It is made from high-quality Iberian pork and is matured in natural conditions in the Sierra de Aracena mountains in Huelva at a specific temperature for several weeks without thermal processing, until it acquires its characteristic consistency, aroma, and taste. It is filled in a natural casing, which ensures good preservation of the product for a longer period.  

Ideally suited both for everyday use and festive tables – for snacks, cocktail parties, and wine tasting.

Average weight 550g

Contains no gluten or allergens.

Packed in vacuum packaging. Store in a cool and dry place. Before use, open the package and let the sausage stand for about 15 minutes at room temperature. Keep unpacked sausage in the refrigerator.
