Premium-class extra virgin olive oil CUCO is produced in very small batches in Spain, in the Aragon region. Made from Lecciana, Arbequina and Royeta de Asque olive varieties.

Olives are harvested very early—already at the end of September and the beginning of October—to achieve the freshest and most intense flavor. This olive oil stands out with an intense green aromatic bouquet—notes of artichoke, freshly cut grass, and tomato seedlings. Olive oil with a pleasantly mild, slightly sweet taste and a light spiciness in the aftertaste. Suitable for salads, burrata, fresh bread and seafood.
