Cracked Aloreña green olives with pit in Andalusian-style marinade (PDO)

Marinated cracked olives Aloreña variety olives are the traditional Andalusian olive marinating method, which is especially characteristic of the Málaga region. The product has a DOP label – Protected Designation of Origin.
To ensure excellent quality and rich flavor, the best Málaga Aloreña olives are selected. Each olive is lightly  cracked and slightly crushed by hand so that it absorbs the marinade better. This gives the olives a more intense flavor and a richer texture.

The marinade recipe includes extra virgin olive oil, garlic, thyme and other aromatic herbs, which highlight the expressive character of the cracked olives.

Aloreña olives are not only very tasty, but also healthy, as they contain many antioxidants and healthy fats. They are an excellent part of a balanced diet.

The monounsaturated fats in olives help maintain healthy cholesterol levels.

USE
