Mediterranean lemon olive oil
This is a flavored olive oil obtained by pressing Hojiblanca olives together with fresh organic lemons from the Guadalhorce valley in the province of Malaga.
Olives harvested next to the mill are ground together with citrus fruits within one hour after harvesting. The result is an oil with the characteristic fruitiness of the Hojiblanca variety and strong, bitter aromas from the lemon peel and pulp.
Perfectly suited for salad dressings, meat and fish tartare, and enriching the flavor of carpaccio, as well as with sashimi, ceviche, and grilled white meats.Related products
