Spicy Zaatar EVOO with a rich accent of spices
Arbequina variety olives are combined with thyme, oregano, sumac, black pepper, cumin, lemon zest, and roasted sesame seeds. A dose of fresh Habanero pepper gives these olives a spicy accent. They are used together with fresh pita bread, baguette, or focaccia.
In salads - especially with fresh vegetables and feta cheese. In meat and fish marinades or as a final accent after baking.
