Hojiblanca Olive Oil with Mediterranean Lime

To obtain this Extra Virgin olive oil with lime, we blend fresh organic limes from the Guadalhorce Valley in Malaga together with Hojiblanca olives harvested at their optimal ripeness. Afterwards, a cold-pressing process is followed, which is necessary to obtain the highest quality olive oil.
The result is a combination of Hojiblanca olive aromas – vegetable puree, apple, kiwi, nuts, and tomato – with freshness and lime intensity.
Especially recommended with fish tartare, salads, and a variety of Asian-style wok dishes.
