Made from Hojiblanca variety olives, harvested in the first days of the season in the Sierras Subbéticas natural park in Córdoba. Characterized by an intense green plant aroma with hints of grass, citrus, thyme, mint, and tomato. The taste is balanced – initially mild and sweet, with a light bitterness and spiciness. A true masterpiece for gourmets.
Suitable for use in salads, with fresh vegetables, cheeses, and cold dishes.
