Jamon Bellota 50% Iberico (red label) - bone in ham
We offer the possibility to order a whole, unsliced 50% Iberian black pig cured ham leg. This delicacy is obtained from free-range black pigs, mainly fed with acorns (bellotas) in the pastures of Sierra de Aracena, Huelva (Andalusia). This ham stands out for its intense and rich flavor, marbling, and its maturation process lasts up to 36 months.
The total weight of the leg is 7 - 7.5 kg.
