Jamon Bellota 100% Iberico (black label) - bone in ham
We offer to order a whole, uncut 100% purebred Iberian black pig cured ham (pata negra) leg. This delicacy is obtained from free-range black pigs, mainly fed with acorns (bellotas) in the Sierra de Aracena pastures in Huelva (Andalusia). The leg maturation process lasts no less than 36 months.
The total weight of the leg is 7 - 7.5 kg.
